CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

In order to provide our customers with the best possible service we will set up a complete, new customer file with information such as customer’s name, address, phone numbers and email addresses, alternate contact persons, etc. We may also inquire if you are the property owner, and if this is your primary residence or if you are a tenant of rental property, and who will be responsible for costs involved. This information is all required in order for us to provide you with formal written estimates, electronic service billings and receipts, as well as credit card verifications and verification of property ownership.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments will be scheduled electronically for service calls, emergency calls, estimates, and repairs by contacting the main office phone number of 727-687-0404 for assistance.

We appreciate your contacting the office for your plumbing needs rather than contacting field service representatives direct on their personal cell phones. Appointments times are frequently subject to change due to emergencies and other circumstances. We may finish with one customer early and another customer longer than expected. Appointment times may need to be adjusted or rescheduled through the day and we will contact our customer to discuss and keep them informed. Frequently the plumbing techs in the field will call on the day of service to confirm appointments and if we are unable to reach you by phone, the appointment will be cancelled.

FEES

We provide you with our experience, technology, education, quality of work, and commercial updated equipment. we back up our integrity with our professional plumbing license registered with Pinellas County and the State of Florida (CFC 057807) and provide Workman’s Comp and liability coverage to insure our expertise in the plumbing field as a billable service to our customers. We charge a minimum $125.00 service call fee which is waived when there are repair and installation charges that apply. Estimates are scheduled as an onsite inspection to determine scope of services required for a fee of $125.00. Letterhead quotes of services over $800.00 can be forwarded electronically to the customer for acceptance before service is scheduled. If the work is awarded to us, the estimate fee will be applied as credit to the contract work. Estimate fees for returning customers may be waived at the business owner’s discretion. We charge by the project not by the hour (labor & materials). Customers may send pictures of fixtures in need of repairs, to 727-644-6949 so that we may have the correct parts and materials available in the field for the service call.

HOURS

We do not work weekends or holidays. Exceptions for weekend emergencies may be made for temporary resolve until a weekday appointment can be scheduled to complete the repair. Full emergency repair services on a scheduled holiday will include a $400.00 service charge along with the repair costs. Customers may leave emergency and regular voice mail messages on 727-687-0404 which will be monitored and addressed accordingly. office phone hours are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily. Field service hours are typically from 7:00 am to 4:30 p.m.
